Thank you for your interest in our app "Skins for Minecraft Bedrock Edition". Privacy is of particular importance to us. In principle, the app can be used without providing any personal data. Data Collection in the App

Our app "Skins for Minecraft Bedrock Edition" does not collect any personal data. The app loads skin data from our servers to offer you a selection of Minecraft skins. IP addresses are automatically anonymized and are not traceable back to you.

The app allows you to select both pre-made skins from our collection and your own images from your device and import them as skins into Minecraft. These images are processed exclusively locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers or third parties. The import into Minecraft only occurs at your explicit request.

Server Location and Data Processing Agreement

Our servers are operated by All-Inkl.com and are located in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with All-Inkl.com in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, which ensures that your data is processed in compliance with GDPR. The servers are configured so that IP addresses are automatically anonymized and thus cannot be traced back to you.

Permissions

The app "Skins for Minecraft Bedrock Edition" may request the following permissions. All permissions are only granted after your explicit consent. The actual permissions requested may vary depending on your Android version and app version:

• Internet Connection (INTERNET): This permission is used to load skin data from our servers and offer you the latest Minecraft skins. The permission is automatically granted as it is required for basic app functionality.
• Access to Images (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): This permission is used to load images from your device that you want to use as custom skins. The permission is only granted after your confirmation.
• Read External Storage (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required for older Android versions to access your image collection. This permission is only requested on older Android versions and only granted after your confirmation.

Important Note: Depending on your Android version and the installed app version, different permissions may be requested. Modern Android versions offer more granular control over media permissions, while older versions require more comprehensive storage permissions. You always have control over these permissions and can manage or revoke them in the Android system settings.

Minecraft Integration

The selected skins can be voluntarily imported by you into Minecraft Bedrock Edition. This happens exclusively at your explicit request by pressing the corresponding button in the app. The app does not share any data automatically or without your explicit consent with Minecraft.

Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. The connection to our servers is made via an encrypted TLS/SSL connection, as required by Art. 32 GDPR.

You can check the security of our TLS/SSL connections by using tools such as SSLLabs. These tools allow you to verify the security and compliance of our encryption.

IP Address Anonymization

Our servers are configured so that IP addresses are automatically anonymized. This means that the last octets of your IP address are removed or obfuscated, making it impossible to trace back to you personally. This measure serves to protect your privacy and complies with GDPR requirements.

Rights of Data Subjects

As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
